So I just received my Crimson Reaper in the mail today. It is a stunt version with FO and a midgrade blade. Now I guess you can call this a review but it is more of a what can you do with a Crimson Reaper and all its parts. They were not kidding about the hole in the pommel your power and or sound pack will NOT be falling out! It is pure genius the way Ultrasaber solved the problem of slanted emitters not lining up! Bravo guys!
But first the Crimson Reaper itself is amazing right out the box! So what is the first thing I do...Well take it apart of course!
Yes there are nine parts! (I didn't remove the claws and the inner pommel ring so you see six)
I do love the the emitter part holding the claw can be adjusted so it matches the pommel claw! One thing I do have to say is this bad boy is long here is a size comparison with my other ultra sabers.
The Malice has the small claws for a size reference.
Now the fun part ...emitter and pommel swaps ok so the pommel claw looks awesome on.......
The Manticore! If my manticore looks funny it is because it has a dark green leather wrap that has be waxed and heat shrinked onto the hilt to show
detail.
and the Initiate v3 honestly one of the best single handed sabers around with the Reaper pommel! NOW THIS IS SICK! a little customization and you could have and evil saber hilt now image it as a dark initiate v3 and a reaper pommel!
and here are some others.mixes of the overlord, malice etc:)
and last but not least the crimson reaper without the shroud/grip which personally I kinda like it is really sleek looking!
I hope this helps It goes to show you how much you can customize with Ultrasabers!
