Righto team.. customizing question....

Has anyone tried to cut the Emmiter on one of the Alloy Sabers?

Straight cuts i cant see a problem with.... but shaping an Emmiter with a Dremmel? It's 5mm think on a Dominix V2... Unbreakable - Yes... Uncutable - most probably Tongue

I really doubt a dremmel has the power to cut through a Dominix's emitter.  Do you have access to a mill?

No electronics store?  That's roughin it, dude.  The only other suggestion I would have is a scroll saw with a metal cutting blade.

Now I do have a scroll saw in the shed Smiley

This town is useless..... I went to 4 shopping centers today to find a hasbro saber to tear the eco board out of.... I found one eventually... But seriously no electronics store... However I did find the biggest Hardware store I've ever seen!

You mean taking the soundboard from a toy saber and using it in an ultra? I'd be interested to see how that's done, sounds like something I might be able to do too.

i did it in my dominix. The obi-wan kenobi board fits just perfectly when you tape it to the back of the battery pack

I have made a chassis using the Hasbro cheap A** blade and it slides perfectly into the upper end of my hilt. Between the switch and the batteries Smiley
