Hello,
I really want to order a saber, but I got one question :
I live in France, so when I want to order, there's a line marked "Declared value :
 International customers
MUST specify in this box
what you want us enter
as the "Declared Value"
for this package!!

I don't understand what does that mean (maybe I'm a bit dumb...). What do I have to indicate there ?

Thanks,
Hebi

im pretty sure its what is the value of what is being shipped so if your ordering a $50 dollar saber the declared value is $50 this is needed so if you item is lost in transit the post office can refund you money for the item that is if you get insurance.

When you import goods into your country, for customs purposes some countries require a monetary value on the parcel. In Australia the limit is $1000 before you have to pay duty. For European countries this law may be different and the total package worth may be different as well. Check with your customs people.

We must put a value on our customs forms.  Since you are the importer of the product, you must tell us what value you want us to declare on the package.

This field is NOT for insurance purposes, it is for customs.

Thanks everybody for your quick answers.
So, if I understood well, the amount of custom duties I'll have to pay will be determined by
what I indicate there. Is that so ?
