So which Heavy Grade blade would be best for Fire Orange? My buddy I told you guys about is hooked on a Fire Orange Standard Issue Battle Saber after seeing that recent Grab Bag picture. He likes the vertical grooves too. But I don't know which blade to tell him to go for so the color looks its best. I'm thinking regular Heavy Grade yeah? I know Ultra Edge washes the color out tons. He wants max brightness but wants to be able to duel at the same time. Let me know and thanks. =]

Regular. I can only speak for Pyrestone Orange, but they're not so different, and I'd say that PO definitely looks better in regular rather than ultraedge.

I just took my daughter's saber and used the HG and the UEHG. The HG looks like Orange but the UEHG looks like a really weak yellow. Unfortunately, UEHG and FO don't go well together.

Being an owner of FO and both blade types, definitely use the mid grade. That said, I'd recommend looking seriously at Pyrestone Orange as well. The way the color is made, it should give you more brightness than the FO, and still satisfy the craving for orange.

He wants to duel though like I said. Lol. He hits hard. I'll tell him to go for regular heavy Grade since those certain blades don't wash out any colors what so ever. Thanks for all the input though.
