Well this escalated quickly! I got an email response back less than 40 minutes later.....        

The rep that emailed me back basically said that they "got a hold of my order just in time to change the FoC color" and that my order should be "fabricated and ready to ship in the next 1-2 business days."

So..... let's see what happens!

I too just got an email back in less than 2 hours. Should get my tracking by next week.

Man, the Good News Fairy is working overtime today!

Funny thing is that I was going to wait until Monday to send an email since that is when my order becomes 8 weeks old.
But with so many getting email responses, I figured now was a better time.
And I was right!

However, I do want to temper my excitment until I actually get the shipping confirmation.
I had a January order go over 2 months and when I emailed them about it, it turned out they were out of one of the hilts I ordered.
They got back to me in about 3 days with acceptable alternative hilts, but in this case the hilt is very unique:

Aeon v2 with RGB.
The only alternatives to that are either:
A) V2 in Tri-Silver with color discs, which is far less valuable than I paid or
B) A Bellicose or Manticore in RGB, which is over twice the value I paid.

But I really do have my heart set on a V2. So if they can't fulfill the RGB, maybe I can bargain for a Phantasm initiate v2 with 1 hilt Tri-Silver and one Tri-Blue.
That's still cheaper than what I paid, but it'd be an acceptable alternative to get them sooner.

Yep, same as the last time i emailed them back in June about the Frankensaber upgrades, and i got quick replies on that, too, from a different rep.

We'll see what happens but so far, my first experience with them has been a good one.

Why does no one respond to emails, does Ultra Sabers not have customer service ? I've been trying to change an order for a week now and no responses. I was forced to place a new order and file a claim with Paypal to get the money back on the old order... SO FRUSTRATING!

I am both excited and dreading today.

My Saber order should arrive today.

The dread comes from the fact that despite emailing them more then 7 times over the last month, they shipped it to my old address. I had a falling out with my old landlord when I moved out, despite having a month to month lease and he does not want me on the property due to me "betraying him" so unless I can intercept the FedEx delivery out front it may be a real problem for me.

I do not trust him at all once the package is on his property. I tried to have the package held at a FedEx location for pickup, but I guess Ultrasabers does not allow it.

I am really nervous i will be unable to get my order.

LOL....oh, I can imagine the struggle!

I gotta be honest though, when you said the shipling box had seen better days, I was picturing it looking a lot worse than that.  Yeah, there are a few creases and I think i see a small hole, but not too bad overall.  I think your sabers will be just fine.
