That's happened to me before on several occasions. You have to be careful how you phrase things on this board as to not come off overly critical of US. I'll admit to actually being hurt a bit when it's happened to me, because in the past I've come to the defense of US time and time again. But the few times I've wanted to vent my frustration over a long wait (I'm human afterall) those posts get deleted. - |

Yeah. I've also been defending them a lot. And I'm still pleased by the speed in the answers lately. And they really try to help. But I couldn't help being a bit disappointed by the new delays which have been piling up for quite some time. So I may have ranted a bit. Anyway. The new info is there. I took the swap for the Empress. I hope they'll ship it fast. (there also a free initiate and free grabbag). I have a sound MB with my Spectre. And I'm hoping for a guardian since they are still in stock. But I won't get my hopes too high. I may end up ordering a guardian soon ^^' |

did you break one of the forum rules? deleting a post solely because it is critical would be...disgraceful.  i experienced a similar issue - created a new thread to consolidate all the replies from customer service on estimates based on posts in this thread and others. It was deleted without any explanation. i meant it as a way to help customer service by reducing the workload of checking on pre-order wait times and status checks. i suppose it could have made some people choose not to place an order based for those with long wait times but i'm all about freedom of information and setting clear expectations. i was butt hurt about that move but also giving the benefit of the doubt that it was not a representative of Ultrasabers. although...  |

Yeah I feel you. Somehow those hilts seem to be pushed further in time . Either because they are in high demand and the batches too small or because it's harder to machine and parts are still missing. I wonder if US could explain a bit more on this. |

Finally!! This wait started on Jully 11th, so after 21 weeks, today I received my Empress (changed from Without Engraving to With Engraving), and Aeon v4, and with the order came a free initiate, and the Summer Raffle 4th prize (Grab Bag) From left to right, Grab Bag, Free Initiate, Aeon v4, and Empress I'm a little disappointed with the quality level of the hilts... All of them have sharp edges, and the free initiate and Grab Bag have scratches at some spots But ok, at least I got them, right?! |

I'm a little disappointed with the quality level of the hilts... All of them have sharp edges, and the free initiate and Grab Bag have scratches at some spots Congrats on receiving your sabers! What part of the hilts are sharp? the grab bag is advertised as "may have cosmetic flaws" so that should be expected. Yours appears to be the apprentice v5 - very nice! |

I also switched from without engravings to with engravings. I find it kinda strange that adding something to the hilt (engravings) still makes it available faster.
Is it just me or is USPS' tracking... useless? I mean... Three days of "on its way to the next facility. No cities, states or countries...
And yeah. Grab bags can have cosmetic flaws so there's that. Nice sabers nonetheless.
