As DarthRondoudou said. It only depends on your current configuration and only US can say about delivery (but even they misjudged my order by a few months). And don't trust the stock information on the online shop. "Out of stock" doesn't mean the saber is out of stock (Indeed I got an offer from US to switch to a hilt that is constantly displayed "out of stock" because it was available). And "on stock" doesn't mean you don't have to wait months either.
Response times to emails can be a bit difficult too. In fact, I seem to have been lucky, at least so far, because I always got a - always very nice - answer within a few hours or days.
I haven't sent an inquiry just yet, perhaps I'll need to do that. I bought a mystery box about a week and a half ago and it's still processing (and I'm in the US so it just felt a little long). I'll send an email now I suppose. Thanks for your help. |

And then some. I went ahead with a Phantasm Initiate V2 since I would be getting two sabers at a reasonable price. Also, the custom I had in mind requires more than one, lol. |

Still waiting on any word on that emitter/pommel order I have out there...the last I heard from Erin, she was going to get my substitution filed and the order would be shipped in a day or two. That was back on the 12th, and that reply came a week after I emailed her asking for the substitution in the first place. I emailed earlier today to try and find out what the scoop is.
Can't help but wonder if there's something going on down there. This is the first roadblock I've run into when dealing with the CS reps.

It may just be that the order is taking longer than expected to process, and that Erin is waiting to get back to you for that reason. Or she forgot. Or there was an issue with the email going through. Or they're that busy. Since you sent a follow up, we may find out soon enough.
