My first order got delayed in shipping, was suppose to be here yesterday, but is on the FedEx truck for delivery right now so I'm having trouble sleeping. Like a kid on Christmas.
And I just got a shipping notifications for my second order that I placed April 30th. I can't believe how fast this one was.
This order is for a Diamond LE Renegade and a premium sound Scorpion.
Oh this feels me with false hope as I ordered on May 1st! Congrats on the notice! |

It dawned on me that I wasn't getting the most out of my V2 staff. As much as I like it and all the mods I've done to it, it doesn't have windows and even though I have Photon blades on it, Tri-green doesn't really react with Photonic material. Also as a V2, it's not compatible with MHS couplers such as the Quick Release.
My V2 is my spinning staff and although I bought it for dueling, I've added PVC parts to it and it makes me shy to duel with it.
With the May 4 sale extended, I pulled the trigger on an Apprentice v4 staff in Arctic Blue. Has Windows and perfect grooves for O-rings, the QR coupler will make for some fun dueling and the Photon blades will actually react to the blue light. Plus, it gives me the potential for 2 colors: AB with regular blades or Photon Green.
So now I'm waiting on two V4 stunt staffs: A Phantom Initiate in Tri-Red ordered 4/26 and an Apprentice in AB ordered 5/5

Brand new customer, ordered my first saber; but I’d hate to admit, I’m a little annoyed that people who’ve ordered after me are getting their product. I placed an order for my son back on March 26, followed up - and got no response - via email on April 25....Sigh...he spent a lot of his hard earned money; just wished I’d get some kind of update.

Well, it has been a few weeks already and still no reply from them. No one is replying to my emails, no one is following up my order. I am really tired of all this and don't know how to go about it. Can anyone help me and give suggestions?

My Empress has finally returned to me. I got a nice surprise too. I was told to send it back sans blade for the upgrade. They shipped it back to me with a whole new blade. Bonus blades for me. I know own 3 sabers and 5 blades and never once paid for an extra blade.
Oh and let me tell you. Mute mode is so amazing. Whole reason I upgraded and totally worth it.

an update on my initiate v2 FO-been a month and a day since i put in my order on april 5th it was supposed to finally ship yesterday, but it looks like they might be a little more backed up than they intended, as it's still not shipped hoping everything is okay, and i am sure that it will probably at least ship by the end of this week! |

Patiently (mostly) waiting on my Azure Fallen in Arctic Blue. Ordered 4/15 and still processing. It would be nice if there were some rhyme or reason to it, but when I see people saying they ordered on 4/30 and it shipped 4 days later it makes me wonder. It doesn't help that this is my very first saber and I can't wait to get my hands on it!
