Does my heart well to see people getting their orders.
Some really.... Passionate... People here, lol.
I think one of the reasons I'm not too worried is that I've been a medieval reenactor for decades and let me tell you if you think this is a waiting game try ordering a suit if armor from a man in the Ukraine who doesn't speak English and has to have his wife convert the measurements for him, lol.
Sabers ordered: Dark Sentinel V5 & LE V5.
Order date: May 28th.
Status: Processing.
Will update with any changes.

Just received an order I places on May 27th. Got my Spectre (obsidian v4 emerald) and 3 mysteries!! loving the new sabers but I also ordered The Fallen on May 4th (a full 23 days prior) and that one is still processing. I've sent a few emails, but haven't recieved any type of response yet. Anyone know of any severe delays on The Fallen or should I keep impatiently blowing up email?
I have been in contact a fair bit with customer service about the Fallen. If you ordered a black one then they are definitely out of stock. I got an email today saying that they expected it to ship in 3-4 weeks. This was a response to me saying that I would stick with the black instead of switching to a blue or red. I got the feeling from the email that those 2 colours actually are in stock and could ship right away. Of course I expect that 3-4 weeks to actually be more like 4-5 weeks... but I'm resigned to the wait now...  |

After 10 weeks of waiting I finally sent off an email to check on the status. I know that it very well could be another 10 weeks before I get a response...

I'll be doing a video review as well, where I'll touch a bit more on the recent issues folks are experiencing. For now, it's worth noting that it appears many of the folks who ordered in late April/Early May are starting to get their confirmation and shipments, so for those around that mark, I recommend sitting tight just a bit longer before cancelling/etc. |

I'm assuming you're talking about the black Fallen; someone posted elsewhere here about a week ago that US notified them, they have a shortage of those, and the estimated time that they'll have more from their supplier is 4-5 weeks.
Yup that was me. On July 2 I was told 4-5 weeks by Laura. However, another poster was told 3-4 weeks out for shipment on june 27th. So...im not sure which to trust. Just know they aren't receiving daily shipments and their weekly shipments are smaller. |

So i see alot of talk about various hilts being out of stock, just wondering if the Dark Initiate LE v5 is one of them? I ordered mine on may 13 with the diamond controller and like everyone else have heard crickets for the last month. Any insights?
