Does that mean customer service has become more responsive? Or is that hit-or-miss also? I remember it depending greatly on who picked up your email. It all comes down to what you order and if it's available immediatly or not.
If they have it in stock, I had an order shipped to France in 4 days.
If not... You have to ask directly if what you want is in stock or not, and if it's not when it should come around.

Well, they weren't kidding when they said if I switched to the Aeon V3 to the V4 I'd get my order soon. I got it today.  I love the Lost Gray, though I knew I would. It's in purple, though it looks white in the photo. The Aeon I'm mildly annoyed at. With the V3 I ordered, I ordered a guarded switch hole. I even have a guarded switch in the baggie there. What I got was not only the (expected) different hilt, but the (unexpected) different switch hole.  I haven't decided if I'm going to build that as a stunt, as intended, or as a sound saber. Even if I do put sound in it, the sound board will have a mute function. |

I'm glad you're all excited, and receiving or soon to receive those orders, the "haters" of US never seem to make vids about these turns of events. Beware, Ultrasabers can sometimes amaze you with their turnaround times and customer satisfaction levels... yep, that'll be the day; seeing those vids. Someone please title an unboxing video with something to that affect, I would but don't have anything on it's way.  |

It sounds like exciting times for both of you, looking forward to seeing some pics.  I've always found the shipping times to be really fast from Ultrasabers. I know they have some slowdowns, like when a new Star Wars movie is releasing. But, I've mostly experienced 2-3 business day shipping times, with the obvious exceptions of raffle orders and preorders. What happens after they get it into the hands of the shipping company isn't their fault, of course, but Ultrasabers is usually really fast on their part of the deal. With some companies who shall remain nameless due to forum rules, you're lucky to get your order within a few months, with some you're lucky to get it the same year. |

They've had a really hard time with the begining of covid and faced HUGE delays. But they shipped everything (or close to. Is there anyone still waiting on something from 2019/first half of 2020?). If what you've ordered is available, it's just insane. I got a saber shipped to France in 2 days and fedex got it in my hands in 3 days. Right now, it seems they are shipping the winning orders and prizes over other orders placed by the same people. I'm still waiting on the Guardian when I've seen many people getting one either as their winning order or prize. |

Feeling frustrated is perfectly understandable. And justified. Though, as you stated, different sabers ship differently. I don't recall seeing many chosen one being posted lately so yeah, this particular hilt might lack one or more pieces that are on backorder =/ So there are people still waiting for june 2020 orders =/ Similar consecutive delays have impacted other hilts and orders. Lost grey and Fulcrum for exemple. The black Empress without engravings kept beeing pushed back so I switched to an engraved one. There is nothing we can do as the forum is mostly saber enthusiasts. If you still get answers from US, stay tuned. Ask regularly. And be patient. You'll love it when you get it =) |

Well, good to hear you got them all now. Since I think part of that order was the one you were waiting on for a while? They all look pretty great. Looking good, and I think it'll be interesting if you setup that two tone saberstaff. It sounds like what you intend, so do post a pic when they're connected. That'll look interesting. |
