Well, I went and did it again...treated myself to a double order, the Lost Grey and Fulcrum. Thanks to all the points I saved up, plus the 15% off sale, I ended up getting a rather nice discount. Yeah, I know I'm going to be in for a looooooooong wait for those two, but it was either use the points or lose them. I pretty much bought two for the price of one; no way could I pass up the opportunity.  You guys aren't gonna believe this. In fact, I'm not sure if I believe it. I placed this order two days ago - for the Lost Gray and Fulcrum, remember - and just got the Golden Ticket a few minutes ago. TWO. DAYS. AGO. My head is spinning. EDIT - Estimated delivery date is Wednesday the 28th. That will have been exactly one week since I placed the order. Wow. |

They changed the delivery date; it'll be here Monday the 26th instead of Wednesday. As for the Spectre and Scorpion, no further updates so far, so I'm guessing I still have a few weeks of waiting on those two. |

Jedi P - yeah I inquired about the avail of the Spectre yesterday and customer service told me the one w the etching was avail and could arrive within 2 weeks. No ETA on the solid black hilt though.

Got an email from customer service; they got a shipment in of Crimson Scorpions with the claw and recharge port, and they offered me the chance to switch my order to that hilt. My original order was for the regular Scorpion, but I have a lot of black and chrome hilts in my lineup already, maybe a splash of color would go nicely, you know?  |

Welp, long time, no post I know.
I'm coming up on almost a year of waiting since I put in my order for the Bellicose and the Scorpion...
I know it's the Scorpion that's holding it up and my brother is "patient man" but I can't wait any longer. I know the black and silver design is what he wants on it and not a colored one but the substitution options the gave us two months ago weren't anything he wanted.
At this point I just want to check in on the order and see if there's been any movement on the Scorpion but I'm not sure how to ask without sounding like an inpatient 5 year old...

I'd say something in the lines of "hello, I would like to enquire about order #XXXX I passed on "date". Do you have an updated lead time on the scorpion? best regards" is both factual and polite. Not too "5yearsoldy" |
