And take your time learning the movements...otherwise, you'll sprain something in your arm or wrist. A lot of folks will go full out and work on their spinning for hours at a time when they're first starting out. That's a good way to get injured. So just take it slow and steady at first and the speed will come. Technique is EVERYthing! MTFBWY! |
