Thanks Galvatrix, this info and the pics helped immensely. I think I may rethink the Monarch. I still really like it, but it doesn't sound very comfortable to wield. Going to have to really think about it. Anyone else have one? I'd like to know your opinions as well.

Hey Galvatrix, thanks for the pictures. I've been crazy about this saber since I first saw it. Well, I've entered the raffle with a Nickel plated Monarch purchase!! Can't wait to have it in my hands. Also ordered a Malice! I feel like I already won the raffle.

Bought my 1st saber while at Fan Expo Boston a few weeks ago. Dark Apprentice V5 with belt clip, heavy grade blade, and of course my favorite color, violet. Love it, though I kind of wish I went with a shorter blade. I'm only about 5' 6" and kind of want to be able to hold it down by my side, without it hitting the ground. Maybe I'll get used to the 36" blade length though.   |

Like Karm said: beautiful! And violent is just a gorgeous saber color (got one for my wife  ). I'm thinking of getting one of those for Zearic's new shoto...just not sure about which color I see your blade and raise you a second! Sorry Karm, I don't know how I missed this pic...
