I do it all the time, but it kinda hurts my back some times. I have to work on forward momentum, I guess. also, kongs are scary to me. I have busted my shins too many times.

I use park benches, but they are a little too close to the ground. My landings are always a bit harsh. And a good way to prevent hurting your back during a roll is to roll diagonally. It's best to practice for 20 minutes rolling over left and right shoulders in a crouched position. Smiley
