hey everybody, been a while since ive posted in here.
hope youre all good.

for some time now ive wanted to wall mount my sabers
and today i thought id give it go at making my own mounts.
im no D.I.Y expert and this is my first time trying something like
now theyre nothing special but i think they turned out okay-ish..

heres some pictures of what i used and the end result.
let me know what you all think.










if anyone has tips on future D.I.Y wall mounts
id gladly take the advice.

That looks awesome! I probably would have used nails rather than glue and pins to hold the discs onto the clips because glue is kinda messy lol, still looks great though.

yeah i used screws as well to put them into the wall.
next time i wont be using that glue, ill use no more nails  Cool

Perhaps instead of attaching the clips and base directly to the wall with epoxy and screws, screw them to a 1x4x3 piece of pine. You can paint the board black and it will act like a plaque for your sabers. Plus you would only have to attach it to the wall with one screw instead of two, less repair work in the future.  Wink

I like it.  Except for a bit of the clip around the blade it doesn't hardly look like there is anything holding the sabers.  What did you use for the cups?

erm i have no idea aha, just looked around the house and found those things lulz..
the clips though are holding he blades rather firmly aha

The piece that the pommel sits in almost looks like the protector caps you would put on the ends of dinning room table legs to protect your floor from getting scratched up.

What are those clips you used? I love this idea and am trying to make my own but can't figure out what those clips are.

They look like clips that you would anchor to a wall and hang brooms and mops from.
