The Mad Professor

« Reply #15 on: August 17, 2013, 03:01:34 AM »

You Scored as Bard
Bards often serve as negotiators, messengers, scouts, and spies. They love to accompany heroes (and villains) to witness heroic (or villainous) deeds firsthand, since a bard who can tell a story from personal experience earns renown among his fellows. A bard casts arcane spells without any advance preparation, much like a sorcerer. Bards also share some specialized skills with rogues, and their knowledge of item lore is nearly unmatched. A high Charisma score allows a bard to cast high-level spells.

D&D Racial Type

http://rumandmonkey.com/widgets/toys/testgen/5783/

This was mine...

You are an Eladrin!

While eladrin closely resemble their wild elf cousins, these tall, sharp-eared people are more serene and cultured. Talented artisans and mages, Eladrin build beautiful spired cities in the Feywild, an arcane reflection of our world. To other races, the long-lived eladrin can seem inscrutable and disdainful, but they are passionate allies once their friendship is won.

Your results have been tabulated by the finest sages in the land.

You are a Dragonborn!

Created in the image of dragons, the proud people known as dragonborn have a rich history of noble and impressive deeds. Though their ancient empire has fallen, they remain obsessed with achievement and competition. Dragonborn settlements are most common in deserts and arid steppes, but they work as heroes and mercenaries across the known world.

hmm, here's my first quiz results:

ironically given how little the questions were, that fits pretty good for me.  In my real life, I tame BLM Mustangs lol Cheesy

here's my second results for that quiz:

as for the first D&D character type:
Fighter = 100%
Paladin = 90% - kind of honored, not going to lie
Monk = 80%
Bard = 60%
Ranger = 50%
- yeah, rest don't matter much  Grin I do like what I got though.  I'd use a bow if I had to in a fantasy world.  And I'm quite competent.  When it comes to most modern long arms though, I can't even look through the scope anymore...

for the 41Q I got this:
Your personality type: "Independent Thinker"
Independent, original, analytical and determined. Have an exceptional ability to turn theories into solid plans of action. Highly value knowledge, competence and structure. Driven to derive meaning from their visions. Long-range thinkers. Have very high standards for their performance and the performance of others. Natural leaders, but will follow if they trust existing leaders.

Careers that could fit you include:
Scientists, engineers, professors, teachers, medical doctors, dentists, corporate strategists, organization founders, business administrators, managers, military, lawyers, judges, computer programmers, system analysts, computer specialists, psychologists, photographers, research department managers, researchers, university instructors, chess players.

Renowned persons with similar personality types:
Arnold Schwarzenegger, bodybuilder, actor and governor of California
Julius Caesar Augustus, Roman emperor
Donald Rumsfeld, former U.S. secretary of defense
Dwight D. Eisenhower, American president
Isaac Newton, astronomer
Ivan Lendl, tennis champion
Jane Austen, author
Lance Armstrong, cyclist
Rudy Giuliani, former New York City mayor
Thomas Jefferson, American president

- kind of explains my 10 year career in the military, my University wanting me to become a professor and having full scholarship for grad school, and me starting my own businesses instead Wink Cheesy of being a professor lol, not the grad school lol

not going to lie, I'm not surprised by the D&D 4th edition results... I always play as a:

DWARF!!! Cheesy Dragonage, LOTR War in the North, whatever Cheesy if there's a playable Dwarf, I'm him  Cool

no offense, Star Trek?  Really? lol Wink JK

... and it's funny, I based Kiyo Notsu off of me, and yet, even scoring 90% on Paladin, people were worried my Kiyo was going to go completely rogue just because he thinks for himself  Shocked Grin Roll Eyes
wish I had taken this first lol

I am an outdoorsman so it fits well I think.

=====================================================================================

Your personality type: "Dynamic Thinker"

Assertive and outspoken - they are driven to lead. Excellent ability to understand difficult organizational problems and create solid solutions. Intelligent and well-informed, they usually excel at public speaking. They value knowledge and competence and usually have little patience with inefficiency or disorganization.

Careers that could fit you include:

Business executives, CEOs, organization founders, business administrators, managers, entrepreneurs, judges, lawyers, computer consultants, university professors, politicians, credit investigators, labor relations workers, marketing department managers, mortgage bankers, systems analysts, scientists.

    Al Gore, former American vice president
    Bill Gates, Microsoft founder
    David Letterman, TV show host and comedian
    Edward Teller, theoretical physicist
    Franklin D. Roosevelt, American president
    Harrison Ford, actor   Grin
    Jim Carrey, actor and comedian
    Richard Nixon, American president
    Sigourney Weaver, actress
    Steve Martin, actor and comedian

Fits well again but I'm going to be an engineer.

=====================================================================================

You Scored as Ranger

   30%
Dominion
   20%

Not big into Star Trek but I know what a Vulcan is.
====================================================================================
You are a Dwarf!

Dwarves are short, thickly-built humanoids who live in mountain cities and underground fortresses. They are solid, reliable, and enjoy challenging themselves with hard work. While these qualities make them steadfast warriors, they are also known for their stubborn, sometimes curmodgeonly nature.

I am a dwarf!

Actually... Yeah. That sounds right.

I felt a great disturbance in the force as if millions of nerds cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.

Integrity can accommodate the inadvertent error and the honest difference of opinion; it cannot accommodate deceit or subordination of principle.
