Hey guys and gals. I got my Bellicose today, super stoked, in love with it. One thing though... I turned it on, connected the usb to the board and computer, it comes up saying "installing device driver software" then after about 15 seconds it stops, saying that installation of the device driver software has failed. I'm using my laptop, windows 7. I have nooo idea what to do. I've tried looking for driver updates but apparently I have the latest one installed... Some one please help??

When you turned on the launcher did it give you a serial number and have the icon on the right of the saber lit up? Mine did the same thing but it still actually connected once I ran the launcher

Did you download the launcher first ?
