Had too much fun swinging my Light Saber. :)

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what mA you should run a Guardian Blue and a Blazing Red "Modular LED System (MLS) Unit" with the Flash on Clash option on?

I am adding an accent LED light into my circuit for a crystal chamber and I am going to be using Resistors on all my LED lights. I am trying to figure out what resistors I need for my blade LED with the flash on clash option in both the red and the blue. Im consitering getting two LED units in these colors so I can switch them out and the flash I am planning on using for both LED's is Silver.

I am basically going with the 3rd wiring Diagram down on this thread: http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=8667.0

If anyone can think of another way I can wire this let me know.

Also... Does anyone know what a good battery option might be for this circuit? I am planning on using a 5mm blue or red High Flux LED for my accent light with a total power consumption of .064 watts.

I know these are a lot of questions so thank you in advance for your responses.
