Hi! I have some troubles with this program, and searching existing topics didn't help much.

First of all, everytime Launcher loads any config (including loading default config on program start) there's an error: "An unexpected error has occured. Please contact support if the problem persists". It actually loads config (changes sound files and hardware setup) but still an error, regardless of saber connected or not.

And the real problem is writing sound files to a saber. I get a common "Device configuration failed" error, but suspect that the reason could be config troubles described above (because following all the advices for this error made in other topics didn't help). Saber connects all right, and writing soundboard parameters works fine, but not the sound files.

I run program as admin, reinstalled and laucnhed installer as admin too, no help. Same situation on 2 different computers. There is no error while installing. I have Win 7 SP1 x64 on both PCs (Russian version btw, could this be an issue?)

Any idea why this happens and how to fix it?

You could try contacting UltraSabers directly?

I have not experienced the problem you describe, nor seen any posts about the first error.  Sad

Fixed it, Launcher is actually a xenophobe. After temporary changing format to English in "Regional and Language Options" all works fine.
