Ehh, of the above group, #5 Pike dude is ok, but for a long-term character I'd have to go with #3 Archer chick. She seems pretty interesting.

And from this panel?  Again WYSIWYG, within reason...big guy should be strong, guy with big choppa should know how to use it, etc.  But all things should be considered equal in potential, so the skinny weirdo against the big guy with a giant dog, the same value is comparable be tween them...so skinny guy would have a trick or two to share lol.

All in all, a real group of killers...reminds one of Samurai Jack IMO.
