Quick Balosar Sketch

So I'm not great at drawing ppl, but I wanted to do a sketch of a smuggler that I'm working on for an informal RP.



This is Klae, she's a Balosar who grew up off of her native planet. Out of the nasty pollution and working hard in the family that adopted her, she grew up healthy and very strong. Now she pilots and works on her adopted brother's smuggling vessel.

This is my final draft of her. I'm working on her bio, but it gives you a basic background.

Both very nice! First one was a little Cowboy Bebop with the proportions, but that coulda just been the camera angle. You're very good with the shadows and shading, btw! (Oh, and great job with the hands on the final!)

It's nice to see the picture vertical and small enough to where I can see it all on one screen.  In my Gmail I had to scroll almost a whole page to the right to see it.  Definitely looks good.

Thanks! this is really the first time i've ever tried to do a really good render of a character. I did use a tracing for the body shape, but all the detailing is mine. and the blaster, that's straight from my head. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. She's sweet!

Gotta give you a point for this one.  The face and proportions look much better and the shading and details on the clothes is fantastic.  

I am not an artist by any stretch of the imagination, but this looks really good to me.
