Ok so just to be sure, when it says you should store your batteries on the charger, do I keep the charger always plugged in with the batteries on it? Or do I just keep them on the charger and not plugged in?

You keep them in the charger, plugged in.

OR if you have a saber with a recharge port installed, you just keep that plugged in while not in use.

US suggests to keep the charger plugged in and on if you are not using your batteries and storing them for long amounts of time without use.
