Is there a set-up that would make the idle/hum respond quicker? I have tried the ones in these threads but with no luck. I'm using the Dark Star font.

You'd have to find or make a hum that sounds faster, which means editing the sound itself through a program like Audacity, and converting it into the file type for Obsidian so you can use it.

YES there is. *Download a free copy of Audacity. *You can import whatever sound file you want (even .lsu files). * when your sound file is in Audacity, select the waveform and play around in the options or effects drop menu. * there will be an option to speed up the whole sound file, but here is the cool part.. It will keep everything the same pitch as before, but it will make it faster. Normally If you squished a soundfile to make it "faster" it would then be a higher pitch. but not in this case. Do this, and play around with it. its really cool. |

Try as the others have said. Then you can make the stock Black Star font faster.

USPS has been slow for me. Off topic, I ordered a ring off Amazon and still says that same thing for me. Electronic shipping info received and the ring shipped on the 4th! .-. Supposed to be in the 29th but we'll see. If not I'll just request a full refund and order from a different company on there. Anyway, I don't know what's going on really.
