The blade had to have come from an individual over on one of those other boards (I did a google search.) It's 1/4" Acrylic, 1.5" wide and 30" long. I'm not sure about how it's mounted into the saber (he doesn't describe it much) but it's a show blade, not intended for dueling. So my guess, blank acrylic stock, cut to shape/fit, and some serious time scoring and dressing with a dremel.

You can find the producer of these blades elsewhere and they are indeed ONLY for show, forms, slow-mo fight blades. Anything other than that WILL chip and/or break them. I added a few darker background and inactive pics for better representation of the blade and effect.    |

Simple 'tang' about 1.5in long and 1in wide. Just like a poly-c blade inserted in the emitter, only thinner and flat/edged. |
