So I got a buddy that has a Dark Liberator V3, he went to swing his saber I'm thinking, slipped out of his hand, and gashed the side where the pommel is at. Any way he can fix that so the pommel screws on again and he don't have to send the saber in? Thanks. His blade got murdered too. Lol.

Aside from doing machine work on the damaged part.....I don't believe there is anything he can do about the damage to the hilt.

It's gashed metal. That should have told you it needs to be repaired extensively. You can't just buff out a gash. XD

It really depends on what is damaged... the pommel or the hilt (or both). You can replace the pommel pretty easily, but the hilt threads being damaged would make life a bit tougher.

Also what's the OD of the Dominix V2 emitter? Finally found the perfect flange piece to use but it needs to know the OD. Figured I'd ask that here so I don't flood anything. Thanks. =]

I got the emitter size figured out on my Dominix V2 saber so new piece should be coming soon. Its 1/4" I'm guessing OD?
