A thousand ponies in the early models, stick a two stage supercharger and retool for narrower tolerances, get 'em made by packard, and you're pulling 1680 horses!

I believe a man built a clutch that could take that kind of power, but kind of in reverse. If i remember rightly he designed it based on that used by drag racers, for use in a 75% scale P-51D. That particular aircraft was a project between a few guys including a man named Goransky and my dad, the former has a complete airframe now, with a glass cockpit. He was an F-16 pilot, so it fits.

It has been a wasteland on this page, but it hasn't meant that the members of the Red Jedi Order have not been active. I have been very busy in my sector, both in being active in the forum but also being very active by PM and other means trying to bring others into the forum.
