Author Topic: Any ideas for a LOTR sound font?  (Read 5072 times)

I'd like to make a Lord of the Rings sound font, I just don't have ideas for most of the sounds. All I have right now is three power ons:
Gandalf shouting "You, Shall not Pass!"
Frodo using the phial of Galadriel:"Aiya Eärendil Elenion Ancalima!"
Aragorn saying "Let's hunt some orc."

I need ideas for clashes, lockups, and power downs.

All help is appreciated!

Sword clashes for clashes for sure. When Frodo puts on the ring that could be the power on and when he takes the ring off would be a quick power off. The demonic sounds of Sauron's voice would be for the hum, not sure about the lock up though. Oh I know, the dragon's growl the Nazgul ride on. And there. Tongue Sword swings for swings of course.
