Let me break it down for you:
Choose the color of your blade:
This asking you what color you would like your blade to be. Now the blade itself is not colored, but there is an LED in the hilt which shines color up into the blade.
Blade Holder:
If you look at the 4th picture on the Bellicose page, you will see two sabers side by side. One has a black blade holder, one is silver. This is a cosmetic choice, so pick which color you like the best!
Blade Option:
This is where you pick which kind of blade you want. Ultra Sabers offers a few different kinds of blades: mid grade, heavy grade, ultra edge mid grade, and ultra edge heavy grade. Heavy grade blades are twice as thick and heave as their mid grade cousins, but they can take a huge beating! Don't let this fool you however, the mid grade blades are also very durable and lighter! For a thorough review of standard versus ultra edge blades, check out this thread:

This is where you choose what kind of battery set up you want. You can either choose standard, for using alkaline or rechargeable batteries that you have. Or you can choose a li-ion setup, which comes with li-ion rechargeable batteries and a charger. If you do not own any rechargeable batteries, this is a great option since sabers can really eat up batteries.
Button Color:
In the Bellicose pictures, you'll notice that there is a red button. You can choose to have that button replaced with another color button, for an additional cost. See the 6th picture on the Bellicose page.
UltraFX Sound:
Here, you can choose a sound option for your saber. You can choose no sound, the brand new Obsidian sound board (
http://www.saberforum.com/index.php?topic=1489.0 ), or Obsidian sound board with a light-up blue switch (see video).
Pommel Version:
If you look at the 5th picture on the Bellicose page, you'll see two different types of pommels for the Bellicose. One has long grooves, one has short. You pic the one that you like the best.
Quick Disconnect:
You can select this option if you would like to have an easier time swapping out LED colors in your saber. By ordering a separate MLS unit with quick disconnects, you can change out your LED in a snap (pun intended) instead of having to re-wire in a new LED! Its really as simple as unplugging your old LED, and plugging in a new one!
Choose Tip Type:
This is where you choose if you'd like to have your blade have a rounded tip or a pointed tip. I've heard that the pointed tips can be sharp, so be careful!
Blade Retention Screw Wrench:
This option includes an allen wrench so that you can loosen the screw that holds your saber blade to your saber hilt. If you don't already have one, this is a nifty piece to have!
Hope that helps!
