Got my new Graflex today. It is very nice and well done. The only complaint is the blade holder is a bit wobbly inside the hilt. You can really feel it wobble when the saber is swinging. I will replace the screw with a longer one to make it more snug. Other than that the hilt is amazing. I've uploaded some pics of it next to an official Anakin FX Saber (2010 version). If you already didn't know, the Ultrasaber Graflex has the round activation switch. Smiley






The Ultrasaber LED is so much brighter. I also installed the Episode IV sound fount. Smiley

It looks great! I'm so jealous. My favorite pic is the third one with the way the light is coming out of the end and the view of the bunny ears. Congrats!

I absolutely love these Graflex models. I have two of them, one with Obsidian 2.0 and the other with Obsidian Emerald. I display the 2.0 on a lit stand and the Emerald has the blade in it and it's set to flicker. Both in blazing red. You definitely can't go wrong with the Graflex models. Ultrasabers did a great job with them! Blue looks fantastic on yours!

Great choice in saber! I too noticed the wobble in mine, and I think it's the blade holder in the shroud. I don't think it's that big of a deal anymore though. My Graflex has the Vader sound font uploaded into it.

I will be modifying it slightly. I am removing the covertec and adding a new flat pommel with a D-Ring. I want this one to be more like the ANH saber Kenobi gives to Luke on Tatooine.

Once I get the parts in I'll upload new pics of it. I am also attempting to create a custom blade plug that has the chrome pin like the original Graflex has.

Okay, so I think I got a good blade plug that is pretty close to the FX Graflex. I'll post what I did on the Customized Blade Plug thread. Quick pics below:

No need to get a new screw. The 6-32 socket that is used to hold the bunny ears is long enough. I just tightened a little more snug and now the emitter has stopped the wobbling. Just be careful and don't go too tight. Aluminum threading can easily strip. Smiley

Nice. So just go socket screw if you don't want any wobble? Been wondering this. Those button screws just don't work well I don't think.

Hi I know it's been awhile since you got the graflex but did you fix the wobble? I just received mine and I love it... except for the wobble. I screwed TIGHT too
