threads on the blade holder or the retention screw that holds in the blade holder.   Most retention screws are 8/32 threads but on my newest bellicose i think it was a 10/32 screw that held in the blade holder

EERockk is correct.

I use a 8-32 x .3" Knurled screw and it works get. It's a little long but I don't mind since it makes it easy to turn. The "other guys" have these in Red, Blue, Black, Gold, Purple and Anodized colors.

Let me know if you want me to PM their site to you. Smiley

Sample below. (and yes that is carbon fiber in the grooves).

Mine also has a thumb screw, 8/32 all the way...
I am thinking seriously of getting a washer to go under it, since there is a little space, something in a complementary color, like brass...

Pardon my typo. First sentence should have ended with "works great". Hard to believe English is my first language. Smiley

You are forgiven.  I had to re-read it twice to detect the error at all.  :-)

Oh, and thank you for the reminder about the carbon-fiber customization!  I am totally stealing that idea for my own Bellicose.
I am also going to pin-stripe the small grooves between the rings where the RGB switches are mounted, colored for the switch above it.  So from the Emitter, the first narrow groove will be blue for the blue switch, then green for the green switch, then red for the red switch.  The 'master' switch doesn't get a color ring.  :-)

Nice. Look forward to seeing what it looks like. Wink

You will, as soon as I get it done.   I tend to be slow on projects.  Smiley

Please PM me the site. If I can get a gold one it would complete my saber.

thanks guys for the feedback I actually with a little searching, I found a thumb screw that works, I trimmed it down so it doesn't stick out of the emitter as bad and I also got myself a longer screw for inside the decorative button.  I noticed that my saber rattled with the blade out, the longer screw in the decorative button holds the LED light in place so it wont fall out.  I Love my saber, (hugs)
