Thanks guys for the confirmation I got confused as I didn't know the standard issue had an option for vertical grooves.

I never noticed you could only get the vertical grooves on the Dark Standard Issue.
I wonder why? I think it would look good on a regular SI. Roll Eyes

I a DSI with vertical grooves and one without them.  I like both.  The one with them looks better but the one without them is more comfortable to hold IMO.
