So far I have ordered two sabers with sound from US. I really like product they put out with one exception the obsidian launcher. I have been unable to use the program and there is very little support for any problems that are to be found. I have seen quite a few forum posts with all sorts of different problems and hunting for scraps of information is frustrating. If I can't get full usage out of these awesome sound boards I definitely wont be purchasing anymore sabers w sound.

The obsidian launcher cannot detect the saber. My CPU makes a sound when I plug it it but the launcher says  cannot detect.

I had that problem.  Try this if you haven't...

1.  plug in saber...let computer detect (or say it doesn't recognize it...).

2.  Turn on program

3.  Then turn on saber.  See if program detects the saber.

That is what I did.  It worked.  The computer itself won't know what it is until the program detects it.
