Does it have sound, and if it doesnt is there a cheap way of getting a sound board and what are the necessary thing i need to have it make sound?

The Prophecy series of sabers do not come with sound.

You might be able to work some custom magic and install one yourself. As for cheap options, there aren't many. You'll hear some people talk about 'econo-boards'. Search around the forums, there are a few topics about custom sound installs. I've seen one board member in particular cram an econo board into an initiate saber.... so anything is possible with some creativity!
