Clash sounds looping on startup

I recently wrote some new sound files to my overlord. When I activated the saber, the clash sounds were looping on startup, and they dont work when the saber gets an impact. Only the motion sounds work when i swing the saber.
Anybody who knows how to solve this? Please help!

I would suggest loading a new font set onto your saber.  Make sure your font set has something in each slot and that the memory bar at the top actually shows there are files there and that memory is indeed being used up.  Start with FRESH batteries for this and be sure to check the box "check crc after writing files" when you upload. 

I don't know for sure that this will clean up the issues but a similar thing has happened to me and doing this gave my sound board a fresh start.
