Zren Tobas said that he would like an Ancient Sith font, so I'm working on one that could be the sounds for a forcesaber. As many of you may know, the forcesaber was the precursor to even the protosaber, being a manifestation of powerful Dark Side energy. Many Jed'aii refused to use them because you risked turning to the Dark Side every time you used it. As of this post, I only have the ignition sound finished, but I'm including the hum (which I need to pitch-match to the ignition sound so that they flow smoothly). Very nice. I actually like the high pitch hum but the power on is too Sithy sounding for me. Unless its just me

That was the whole point for a forcesaber, since it's manifested by Dark Side energy. I'll shift it and make a higher pitched one, as well.

Definitely give the Jedi Knight font, New Jedi Order type a try. Would be interesting to hear. For the New Jedi Order basically a new sound from scratch type thing, definitely high pitch everything. Just throwing out new font ideas for the new year =]

Just ideas really. You don't have to.  Would just be nice to have some fresh new fonts for the year. Hopefully I'll be able to send in my Bellicose soon so I can test out some of the new fonts |
