So I've been a member of this forum for a few months now but haven't actually posted yet. I have a couple of questions about the Aeon (or DominixV2) saber..

1#
In the coming week I will (FINALLY) be buying my first Ultrasaber, an Aeon.
I was just wandering how deep the blade socket is in the DominixV2/Aeon sabers, and what the 'realised' length of the blade is when inserted.

2#
Is there a way to request a shorter blade length when ordering from Ultra or will I need to email my request?

The blade length is about 32"-33" inside the Aeon I have.

I think you can just ask for a shorter blade in the order comments.

The blade socket is just a little bit more than 3 inches, just a tad. A 36" blade is just about 33 inches, and the Aeon's balance point is almost exactly on the emiter with a mid-grade. Hope this helped!  Wink
