I've been in contact with them the past couple days at DragonCon and they are AMAZING. I ordered a Guardian Blue Dark War Glaive (just color, no sound) nearly at the end of the day and they had it ready the next day. I also bought a coupler and now my Raven is a Raven/War Glaive staff! Unwieldy as Hell but it is SO badass. My sister's husband bought an Initiate V2 as well.
I'd like to take a moment though to take my hat off to Ultra and Deep's customer service. As you guys've probably seen, I had a faulty Li-Ion battery for my Raven that went out a week after I got it. I stopped in to the booth and talked to Deep very briefly. Within seconds I was rocking a brand new battery and the Raven was glowing brighter than ever! Deep was very kind enough to even record a shout out to a friend of mine who is a US customer that lives in Australia. As said, I bought a Dark War Glaive in Guardian Blue that day. The next day, I went to the Parade and had depleted the Raven's batteries at the Parade (it lasted the WHOLE TIME!). When I went to pick the DWG up, it came up that I'd depleted the batteries and Ultra was very kind to swap me out for fresh batteries! So I was wielding the Raven/Glaive Staff happily. With customer service and friendliness like that, I'm very happy to keep giving them my money and my ongoing loyalty.
Kudos, UltraSabers. Goddamn KUDOS.
