My first thoughts were. Good lord it's huge!  But seriously, it's really nice. It's not as heavy as you would think. I can see a big guy one handing this thing. I kind of want to dress up as Kilo Ren for Halloween.  |

I think I could get used to the weight of the Renegade since my Shock is one of the heaviest sabers I own at the moment
My thoughts exactly. The Shock emitter is a little hefty, but the saber on the whole is probably my lightest premium hilt after the Bellicose. I would assume the Renegade to be only marginally heavier than a Flamberge. And I think, my Flam weighs about 2x my Shock. (Both have sound) |

Compared to a Manticore or Consular emitters the Shock emitter is significantly lighter. The high Manticore pommel also is heavy. This Renegade is much too big for me. Am wondering if it can be used without the claws on ? Would like to be able to purchase the main emitter and pommel.  |

My Shock has no sound and to me still somewhat of a heavy saber but that's how most Sith sabers are anyway. Heavy and causing destruction |

That might seal it for me. I love the emitters but not a huge fan of the claw so I think I'll go for Flamberge instead. |

Just got mine! Shipped so fast! It's pretty heavy though and the 36 inch blade together with the 16 inch hilt is a little too tall for me haha. But I love it so! Wow, that is one beefy looking saber. Are you like really tiny? I got a 40 on my Flamberge and it was longer than a 10yo. |

Hi gl9999. That Renegade looks awesome. Would like to see the video but not forum compatible at the moment. Too big of a saber for me but seems like serious fun. Can't fathom a 40" blade on that beastie. Here's a dark side forum appreciation point. Let us know if you would prefer collecting light side. |

Darth Logos: I'm 5'4 and the whole saber stands up to chest level haha. It's definitely impractical to swing around though it makes a nice wall piece. I'll probably switch the blade out to a 32 inch but right now, it really looks nice oversized! Dauntless Seven: It's huge! I think with a 40 inch blade, it'll probably reach my neck level. And pretty heavy too! All in all, I'm ecstatic about my first Ultrasaber! Next one's going to be either a Guardian or Bellicose. Right now, I'm waiting for my Kylo Ren lightsaber, can't wait to put it side by side with my Renegade! Sure let's go evil! Thanks for the dark side point! |
