You can sort of see it at full speed at the end of the saber performance video I recently posted, except I'm doing Anakin's part with two sabers and we screw up the ending at the "exchange of threes" part.
have you got any info on the notation in your video from last year? Looks like a linear way to describe the actions, rather than the OP's diagrams (though once you know how to read them, I think they're a great way to visualize where and when.
