Hey all, I'm wondering about the possibility of replacing the stock battery pack in my sabers (Consular Green Liberator and a Guardian Blue Grab Bag (due to arrive Sept 1)), with a single protected 14500 Li-Ion battery, and simply direct driving the LEDs. I think both the green and blue run at the same voltage (3.2v IIRC), and was wondering if the extra half a volt would kill my LEDs? Also, I eventually want to put in a blue AV switch into the grab bag, will direct driving that LED kill it?

tl;dr Can a single protected 14500 Li-Ion safely direct drive a Guardian Blue or Consular Green LED, and a blue AV switch?

tldr: Yeah, it will run fine with no harm to main LED or switch LED so long as none of those LED's are red, orange, or use a red die on an RGB, which of course the LED's and switch you specified do not.
