Obsidian V3 Nanticore and Windows 10

Have also posted this on another forum as it's really downed me. Just purchased a V3 Manticore but it will not connect to the launcher it just keeps repeating 'reading device please wait' just to keep doing it over and over until the batteries in my saber are dead. Am really gutted as I have 4 MR sabers but just wanted one personal one just to find that the personalisation options can't be used at all. Please let us know if this is a Windows 10 issue and what can be done. Live ur stuff but am really gutted. Thanks

Hi.  Don't be gutted as one or more of our experienced Obs. sound board members will help you out.  Unfortunately I'm not one of them.  Others have successfully connected via Windows 10 so hopefully just some minor tweeking needed.  That Manticore is a fine choice.
