Nothing wrong with the Aethersprite, in the hands of a good pilot it's quite effective. I just was never a fan due to the limited room. It's so small, and needing that hyperdrive ring just... *sigh* Show me how to fit at least 2 whiskey casks in it and maybe, just maybe, I'll think a little more highly of it. Right now I can lose my rear gunner and my weapons officer and replace them with whiskey... and somedays even my astromech...
I've noticed the more intoxicated I am, the better my combat skills and flying... maybe that's the key to the Force!

Alrighty then I'm gonna take roll call for the mission. (Pheasant hunting season started this past weekend and the restaurant/hotel I work at has been busy so I haven't had the time to write up the Mission)
I'll check back to see who all is participating so I can start writing it tomorrow and post it on Wednesday/Thursday since I have it off. Now if you will excuse me I have a 10 hr shift soon.

Mission Details:
A small convoy passing by Onderon and will be consisting of a small corvette and a large star destroyer. The destroyer will be holding the prototype stealth generators and ion blasters while the lightsaber crystals are held on the corvette. The destroyer will have several fighters due to the nature of the shipment and because of certain saboteurs being reported by Imperial officials...hehe!
Fighter roll call:
Jammo-Headhunter
Haze-Headhunter
Phobius-Headhunter
Kai-gon-V wing
8 Ball-ARC170
X-Saboath
Blondie-Headhunter
Guest Kev-Y wing (subbing bomber for X)
Chuckles, Dr. Giggle, grunt soldiers-Grey Ghost
Phase One, Ambush:
Crusty Buzzard drops out of Hyperspace, jamming-83 they won't be receiving backup!
Missile assault-37, they see us and minimal damage was caused. Get ready for a fight!
Incoming fighters(20) include 6 V-wings, 6 Headhunters, and 8 ARCs.
Bombers keep firing! Bomber 2nd assault-30. Uh-oh we need to keep those fighters off our bombers!
Dogfight assault-64, 8 fighters remain.
3rd bomber assault-34, dammit those shields won't last forever! Almost there you guys keep it up!
2nd dogfight assault-54, only four more to go!
Final bomber strike-40, shields down and starboard engines down! Dead in the water!
Final dogfight assault-89, all fighters down!
Bombers take out the corvette's engines! Bomber strike-65, they're not going anywhere. Good job everyone!
Fighter damage total-
Jammo-59, back to the ship to board the Grey Ghost.
Haze-32, ejected and picked up by Kai-gon. Returned to board the Grey Ghost.
Phobius-80, some cosmetic damage and port-side gun down.
Kai-gon-71, weapons systems offline. Retrieving Haze!
8 Ball-66, returning to Buzzard!
X-68, so much for testing the new fighter! Back for repairs.
Blondie-35, ejected and picked up by Kev. He's always got your back!
Kev-61, retrieving Blondie and heading back for repairs.
Looks like most of us are gonna be out of commission for a while after this!
Moving on to phase 2.
Phase 2, Inflitration
Grey Ghost boards the destroyer with Jammo and Haze.
Close combat, Haze brought some blasters and Jammo brought his lightsaber. 6 grunt soldiers are here to assist with the raid.
On board the corvette enters Phobius and Kai-gon, blasters and lightsabers equipped!
Destroyer close combat strike-84. Wow Jammo is really slicing through those clone troopers! All threats eliminated, Haze plants charges around the ship and grunts secure packages!
Corvette close combat strike-94. Damn! Kai-gon and I got the crystal crate. Kai-gon plants charges.
Checking for tracers in both packages-88. They thought they could pull a fast one on us!
