My sound board is making weird noises Please Help

Hey everyone I hope this is the right area to post if not let me know and I will move it but I have a quick question my v4 soundboard is making weird noises (attached is the video below showing the problem also I'd recommend lowering your volume haha as we all know its a loud board). I put in fresh batteries and it just started making these noises and I swapped batteries and the same problem occurred. this may sound like a stupid question but do i try to go to the launcher to fix it I havent hooked up this saber to the launcher before? I just don't want to break it (if it is not already) or void the warranty  . if anyone knows what to do thanks for the help!!!!

If you haven't already, I'd probably email Emory about that directly. That might be a problem with faulty installation causing the static (unless you've dueled with the saber, then it could have jarred loose) or perhaps just a bad board. I don't believe there's a whole lot you could really do that you haven't already done to fix it yourself, so Emory would be your best bet.
