@Dauntless, I know those feels x.x I've been wanting to take my Dark Sentinel LE out for a spin but no sparring buddies at all since it came with sound even though a lot of people around here seem to be picky on that, like the saber snob types. Not saying everyone is like that but yeah. Anyway, I agree with the others, silver or yellow flash. I think Revenge mostly has silver flashes going on though, sometimes yellow depending on how dark scenes were if that's what you're going for =]

I tend to go for a very visual flash that is complementary but totally different than the main color. My favorite is GB with a BR FoC. I was very pleased also with a SRD main blade and AB FoC. Just enough of a visual difference. In my mystery box saber I received a GB with silver flash which is really bright so now I am a fan of choosing white. The worst for me was an AS with a GB flash. Just not much impact for my taste. The BH ( Bane's Heart ) flash is awesome and illuminates the room... works well with both a red or purple ( VA ) main color. Also a yellow ( SY ) flash is superior.  |

It got brighter after I gave the batteries their first recharge. I still think I'll send it in and pay them to make it silver though.
In a Guardian Blue UEMG, should I go for Silver, Amethyst, or Yellow FoC?
I watched a video with each one and they all look good, but you know how cameras exaggerate the light of these wonderful things.

My 12 year old’s saber is a mystery box saber. She ended up with a sentinel v4 LE with a silver blade and blue FOC. I had never seen a FOC setting where the flash went darker than the original blade, but it’s pretty cool. Not sure if it is guardian blue or Artie blue, because it goes so fast I can’t decide which it is!
I like the using the rainbow idea of FOC. I have seen very few that honestly look bad, so you are good with most choices I would think.

Good to know. I was figuring maybe I'd do it like this:
Next year I'm going to buy 2 more sabers assuming all goes well in my current dealings with ultrasabers (I'm optimistic they will). One will be Guardian: Consular Green, the other will be a black Scorpion: Violet Amethyst. Both will have a Silver FoC.
Thus, for my Guardian Blue Graflex, I think I'll ask them to change its FoC to Violet Amethyst. That way it'll be different than the next two I order. Does anyone here own a GB MGUE with a VA FoC? If so, how does it look? Is it better than silver?
Getting it modified by ultrasabers is gonna run me $100, so I'm trying to get it right this time.
