Yes, they have run out of stock.  Considering the Standard Issue is a classic and a top seller (as well as its Dark counterpart) I'm sure they will get more in soon enough.

On a side note, the Dark Standard Issue staff is very nice, I have one in Fire Orange and I love it.  It's likely worth the wait

Nice man.  Here's my review to give you an idea:

The Fire Orange has a slightly more orange look in real life, those pics make it look really golden or amber.  It is literally the color of fire... if you're looking for a deeper shade of orange (more like a "true" orange) you can get Pyrestone, a custom color.  All you gotta do is pick one of the special leds like Violet Amethyst or Arctic Blue and put in your order comments that you want Pyrestone for both sabers.
