Connected Obsidian Sound Board v3 Serial Number 1306xxxx, Firmware version 131

This died on me a little over a year ago. I decided to troubleshoot it today and after disconnecting the led and the illuminated button and fiddling I got it to power on once. The sound bank was totally empty... It use to have sounds. I uploaded the default sound bank, that went fine and when I rebooted the board.. nothing.  I have tried about 50 more times to just get it to power up. I'm not using batteries for diagnostics Im using a selectable 1A power supply. Im supplying 7.5v, the batteries supply 7.4.

I've even disconnected everything from the board and let it sit for 20min before trying again with no results.

I'd appreciate any help.

 You may want to e-mail Ultrasabers with your issue. I'm not able to figure that one out. Perhaps it may need to be sent back in.

Ok, thanks, just thought I'd try here first before I bothered anyone in case it was something trivial.
