Hello everyone

I got an issue while downloading the mac v4 launcher. I tried several times on macbook and imac and always got this message "the file cannot be opened"

By the way, I tried the pc version on a laptop and it can't install as well.

Could anyone help me? I am stuck since november and I am not alone in this case. There is a post already about that but that's weird that NO ONE replied.

The Mac installer is broken on El Capitan. I'm not sure if US is even aware.

For anyone running into issues, what worked for me was to change my security settings FIRST to allow apps from other developers.

THEN download and install the file. I have it running just fine on a MacBook Pro with El Capitan now.
