Is this normal?

So i got my new prophecy like 30 mins ago.  Thank you for the free batteries Ultra.  But i have just one question.

I found that getting the battery pack out the saber is a bit tough.  is it normally that stuck in there? At least i dont have to worry about battery packs wobblin around.

It can be sometimes. An easy way to get it out is to use your retention screw wrench and stick it in one of the little holes it the bottom and then gently pull out. It is a easier way than banging the saber.

i did that and i was worried about shorting something out or damaging the battery pack.   i had to resort to low impact saber banging.  came out fine.  i'll try other things next time.

OH yea, in the Prophecy it's almost impossible to shake that bad boy out.  Needle nose pliars will do the trick.  I have a Proph so I know the scare you are going through
