It's a variation of the Force that is used by those who do not actually have access to the Force or the training to use it at least. Think of the Nightsisters of Dathomir. they were very powerful sorceresses, but they could not use the Force. Not even Mother Talzin. Ventress could because Dooku trained her. The Nightbrothers were much the same, they could not use the Force until they were forced too; like Dooku did to Savage, and Sidious did to Maul. Whereas other Force sensitive children could use it instinctively to some degree or another.
I stand corrected. (Actually, I'm lying down) I assume Xocni was Force Sensitive and received training from a Sith, and later decided to learn SS as a secondary ability. |

Either way, your still losing. I assume Xocni was Force Sensitive and received training from a Sith, and later decided to learn SS as a secondary ability.
Probably, but why would you want to learn it if you could already use the Force? |

Am not. How should I know? Maybe he wanted to have a rarer ability. Whatever it was, I'm sure he had a good reason, he is a Sith after all.  |
