A little background.

I allready own 6 of their sabers. All of them where boght throgh my brothers account with US. So tecnically this is my first purchase with them.

The Newest adition to the PRJedi family. 5 Phantom v3 saberstaffs, 10 sabers in all. Ultrasabers delivered in 8 days in the midst of the episode 7 frenzy and out did themselves with their customer service! Shout out to Emory Harris for his outstanding service and product and to Roberto Andinofor introducing me to this company. The email responce time was less than a day. Literally. My first email inquiring if they could fulfill the order before i made it was answered in a little over 24 hrs. Afyer that i made the purchase, but the credit card i ised had a different billing address than that of the shipping so that caused an ishue qith the authorization (whch was stated on the website.) Emory emailed me 2 times in that day with possible solutions for that and was prompt to act when we agreed on a feasible one.

All said, I could not be happyer with US customer service and product. They went above and beyond not only to make shure that I got the product in time, but also that the transaction went on in a safe and organized manner that would prevent missunderstandings, for them or me. They also made shure that it was a safe transaction in terms of identity theft  hancw the precautionary measures with the credit card.

Again, i can not sing more praises to Ultra sabers, you have in me and my school loyal customers for life!

Nice! I'm SUPER happy that Emory was able to deliver even through the CRAZY rush from TFA's lightsaber hype! The Fan fest is going to be EPIC!

I was very happy with Ultra's service before, but this takes it to a whole other level... Ultrasabers has made loyal customers for life with this...
